Podcast Production Tips

• Maintain your position on the mic, so your tone doesn’t change.

• Audio tracks (voices, music, ads) should all have the same sample rate.

• Audio tracks must not have clipping issues caused by recording too hot.

• Don’t put more than one person on a mic.

• Use pop filters on your mics.

• Don’t touch the mic cable or stand while recording.

• Turn phones OFF while recording. Even silenced phones can ruin a take.
